This search will locate specific motifs inside the promoters of the genes you submit.
To get started, enter a set of genes and a set of motifs in the space below.

1) Copy and paste the desired group of locus identifiers - do not use splice variants (example):

2) Enter a motif (i.e. AACTGT or CCACAC). Use upper case sequence:
